Divorce, co-parenting, in-laws…

Family Counseling

Family Counseling, also referred to as Family Therapy, views relationship dynamics as a system in which family members impact each other as well as the family as a whole. Divorce, separation, co-parenting a rebellious child, in-law influences, inconsistent boundaries, addictions, external stressors, illness, and other life challenges all effect family members in different ways.

Counseling often helps families come together to learn the unique needs and perspectives of each member, and to foster enhanced skills and communication to heal wounds, promote emotional and physical safety, and restore mutual support.
